This page describes the way in which the site is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who consult it, as well as the methods and purposes for the processing of personal data. The information is only for this site. For the other websites that may be consulted through our links, GIEMME BRANDS CORPORATE SRL is not responsible in any way. As the Data Controller we inform you that the processing of personal data will be carried out in compliance with the following principles: the data is collected for specified and legitimate purposes and processed in a manner compatible with these purposes; the data are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary and in accordance with the purposes for which they are processed; data shall be processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data (i.e. navigation data) whose transmission is implied by the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes: IP addresses, type of browser used, operating system, domain name and addresses of websites from which the access or exit was made, information on pages visited by users within the site, the access time, internal path analysis and other parameters related to the operating system and computer environment of the user. These technical/information data are collected and used exclusively in an aggregated and non-identifying manner for statistical analysis in order to improve the structure and content of the site.
Additional data voluntarily provided by the user
The Owner may also become aware of other personal data (including, without limitation: name and surname, telephone number, email address, etc...) communicated directly by the user in the appropriate section for the request of information and/or contact and/or purchase request.
The above data will be processed for the execution of the requested service and, with prior consent, for the sending of information material, sales and/ or promotion, invitations to events, etc.....
Minors
This policy is not intended for use by minors. Consequently, we do not knowingly process data of minors.
OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data requested in the contact form and possible registration for the submission of purchase orders, personal data through the forwarding of e-mail to request information, informative material, sales and/or promotion material or to participate in events and initiatives.
Failure to provide personal data may make it impossible to comply with the request of the interested party.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
The processing will be carried out with manual and automated systems capable of storing, managing and transmitting the same data with logics strictly linked to the purposes themselves. We are not responsible for errors, content, cookies, publications of illegal moral content, advertising, banners or files that do not comply with the current regulatory provisions and the compliance of the Privacy legislation by sites managed by us to which it is referred. Your data will be processed only by personnel expressly authorized by the Controller.
PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
The processing of data will be carried out to respond to your requests received by means of a contact form and/or order form or by telephone or via e-mailmail and to allow monitoring on the effectiveness of the service offered and the correct execution of the purchase order received. The processing of data is for the execution of the requested service, to comply with legal obligations or by consent regarding the sending of informative materials, sales and/ or promotion material, invitations to events, etc...
DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
The data will be processed by the staff expressly authorized by the Controller, and may also be processed by external responsible subjects (including but not limited to the subjects in charge of maintaining the website) whose list is available at the Holder’s premises.
STORAGE TIMES
The data is kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected on the server of the service provider, where the data is stored in a safe and secure place, both in terms of potential physical damage and unauthorised access.
DISSEMINATION OF DATA AND TRANSFER OF DATA TO NON-EU COUNTRIES
The Data is stored on servers and storage facilities located within the European Union. It is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, has the right to transfer the Data also in countries outside the European Union recognized by the European Commission and that guarantee an adequate level of protection or, otherwise, only if a level of protection of personal data adequate to that of the European Union is contractually guaranteed and the exercise of the rights of the data subjects is ensured. The Data Controller will apply, to these transfers, the necessary safeguards pursuant to current legislation on privacy.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
At any time you can exercise your rights in relation to the Data Controller and, in particular: the right to access your data; the right to have it corrected; the right to have it deleted (c.d. right to be forgotten); the right to limit the processing of certain data; the right to transfer data to another Controller (c.d. right to portability); the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
The deadline for the reply is one month, which may be extended by two months in particularly complex cases; if this occurs, the Data Controller will send a communication regarding the reasons for such extension.
The exercise of rights is free, except in the case of requests manifestly unfounded or excessive as a result of which the Data Controller may request from the Data Subject a contribution based on the administrative costs to be incurred to process the request.
